RETURNING ITEMS FROM THE ONLINE STORE
We love when you shop at our E – Crimson Store, so we hope to provide you with the best of service. When you shop at Crimson, you become part of the Crimson family. We personally check every order we ship to you. There is no exchange policy available currently available for our E – Store. However, Crimson will refund any item(s), if the item(s) received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size or style was shipped within 7 days of purchase. Prior to shipping the return to Crimson, you will need to contact our customer service center by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +92 300 0446284. If approved, your refund will be credited to your Crimson account. Please allow two weeks for the processing of credit limit to your E – Crimson shopping bag. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

We are unable to accept exchanges of Crimson merchandise purchased online.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Crimson may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons includes: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined.
